Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Access remains active until the cycle ends.

Refunds

  • Fees for API usage, subscriptions, or consumed credits are non-refundable once services have been accessed.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid automatic charges.

Service Termination by Company

ARAMAK ENTERPRISE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate accounts without refund if terms are violated or services are abused.
